Request data deletion
One contact for your request
Email hello@chasqui.travel with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us which contact channel you used, any Chasqui reference you have and what you would like deleted. You do not need to send a passport or identity document in the initial request.
Verification and response
We may ask you to reply from the original email address or WhatsApp number to protect against an unauthorised request. We will review the records involved, explain the action and respond through the verified contact. Information required for an ongoing arrangement, an issue or applicable record-keeping obligations may need to be retained; we will explain the reason.
Saved choices on this device
Open My trip and choose Clear saved choices. Optional measurement can be turned off through Cookie preferences. These controls are separate from asking us to delete an enquiry record.
