Fernando’s experience is a starting point. Each recommendation should distinguish personal observation, provider information and what still needs confirming for your trip.

A visit has limits

Visiting a hotel does not confirm every room. View, noise, access and category need checking for the specific offer. A source review date is not a visit date.

Sources you can see

Hotel profiles link to property information and show when it was consulted. A photograph identifies a category or its source; it does not guarantee your assigned room.

A check you can request

Tell us which detail matters. We will confirm whether we can check it and what access the property permits. Until then, the detail stays pending.

Choose by fit

Location, rest, arrival, room category and terms matter. We also explain reasons to choose another option. We do not promise a universal rating or the lowest price.

Advice and commission

Our advice is free. We may receive a commission when a booking is attributed to Chasqui. Your offer should identify the provider, total, currency, inclusions, payment and cancellation terms.

If something does not match

Keep your offer and provider reference. Tell us about the discrepancy so we can review it with the responsible party. We cannot promise a refund outside the rate terms or provider agreement.
